If the goods do not suit you, contact us and we will agree on an exchange. So that you don’t have to go to the post office, we will provide a courier who will deliver and pick up unpacked packages.

How to proceed?

Print and fill out the Exchange or Return Form: HERE

– Take a photo of the completed form and send it to your e-mail (help@cotte-care.com).
– Indicate your order number as the subject and write in the text of the e-mail: “Hello, I am requesting an exchange of goods according to the completed form and ensuring collection.
– Put the form in the box together with the unpacked package containing the goods you want to exchange.
– Wait for the email confirmation
– Then wait for the courier who will pick up the box and take it to the warehouse for exchange.
– The courier will bring you new goods for exchange..

Do you want to return the goods?

It is not a problem, it is enough if you send us the unopened packages together with the printed form to the address: Celltex s.r.o., Rožňavská baňa 243, 048 01 Rožňava
Please also send us the form in electronic form to e -mail (help@cotte-care.com).
Once the products are returned to us, we will send you your money back.
