Delivery by courier in Slovakia, Czech Republic and EU countries

Slovakia and Czech Republic: we deliver to Slovakia and the Czech Republic by courier within 3 working days of order processing. We will process and handle the order immediately after payment. Order received before 12:00 is shiped the same day. It is then dispatched and delivered within 1-3 working days. In case of major holidays, the delivery time may be extended.
For orders with a value of more than 41 €, you will not be charged for shipping to the territory of the Slovak Republic and the Czech Republic (the above does not apply in the case of delivery of the ordered goods to the territory of another member state of the European Union).

EU countries: The shipping price is calculated based on the country of delivery. The price is calculated in the shopping cart before payment.

Personal collection at the pick up point via Packeta / Zásilkovna in Slovakia, Czech Republic and EU countries

You can have the goods delivered to your chosen Packeta collection point. We will dispatch the goods within 24 hours of receiving the order. Packages are delivered to the pick up point no later than 3 days after dispatch. During bank holidays the delivery time may be extended. You will be informed directly by the courier about the delivery time.

You have the possibility to choose from several options such as payment by credit card, bank transfer or cash on delivery.
